The attacking player tries to reach a score by passing his or her opponent. The defender tries to prevent a score. The emphasis in this exercise is on passing your opponent at speed. Due to a long playing field, there is a lot of space behind the defender so that you can make an action at speed. However, the playing field is narrow, so that a feint must take place in the shortest possible way (i.e. close to the defender). When the defender captures the ball, it tries to score on the other goal. After a shot attempt, score or a ball over the back line, the other player gets the ball out.
