Game description
The player in the middle receives a ball from a fellow player (or coach). The ball is sometimes played hard and sometimes softer. Once the ball is received, the player puts the ball ready to score in one of the mini goals. The object of the game is to score one of the four goals in the corners with one touch of the ball.
The gamerules
- The trainer starts the game by playing in a ball (may be low on the ground or thrown with the hands)
- The player in the center tries to prepare the ball with one touch to score in the goal
- If the ball goes out of the field, the player in the middle gets another ball until all four goals have been scored
- Substitution: when each mini goal has been scored
